MAGISTER Hochschulberatung sees its consulting services as an essential contribution to the further development of universities and educational institutions in a knowledge-based society. § 1 Scope of application

These professional principles apply to all consultants and employees of MAGISTER Hochschulberatung. They serve as a binding code of conduct for our work and ensure compliance with the highest ethical and professional standards.

§ 2 Practice of the profession

Advice is provided independently, responsibly and with the necessary care. MAGISTER only accepts assignments that are in line with the competencies and capacities of the team. Assignments that require illegal or unethical actions will be rejected. Comprehensive and transparent communication with the client forms the basis of every collaboration.

§ 3 Confidentiality

The consultants undertake to protect all confidential information and internal company information of the client. This duty of confidentiality also applies beyond the duration of the assignment. Employees and external parties are also obliged to maintain confidentiality. Compliance with applicable data protection regulations has the highest priority.

§ 4 Conflicts of interest

Advice is provided impartially and objectively. MAGISTER Hochschulberatung does not accept any benefits from third parties that could jeopardize the independence of the consultancy. Activities for competing clients are only undertaken with the express consent of both parties.

§ 5 Dealing with third-party assets

Entrusted financial or material assets are managed with the utmost care and in the interests of the client.

§ 6 Advertising

Our advertising is honest and transparent. References are only published with the express permission of the respective client.

§ 7 Fees

The fees are commensurate with the service provided and are determined by mutual agreement before the start of the consultation.

§ 8 Further training

The consultants at MAGISTER Hochschulberatung are committed to continuous further training in order to keep their professional and methodological skills up to date.

§ 9 Complaints
